Enterprise plans for social media data at scale
Two tiers, both pay-as-you-go with no monthly minimums. Standard unlocks at $3,000 in one top-up or $4,500 cumulative; Advanced starts at a $5,000 top-up with a bonus that scales. Custom endpoints, 1-on-1 support and private deployment come with either.
Standard Enterprise
Unlocked automatically once your account reaches either threshold below.
How to reach Standard Enterprise
Either one qualifies — you do not need to meet both.
Top up $3,000 in one payment and we add $100 in bonus credit on top.
Advanced Enterprise
A top-up tier with a hard $5,000 minimum. The bonus goes straight into your balance, takes effect immediately, and can be spent on any endpoint without restriction.
Advanced top-up bonuses
First top-up adds $200 on top, whatever the amount — it stacks with the percentages above.

Standard only
Permanent 5% fee waiver
Applied to every request for as long as the account stays on the enterprise tier.
3–10% bonus credits
Every top-up earns bonus credit, and the percentage rises with your cumulative spend. A few endpoints cannot be paid for with this bonus — Rednote and WeChat Channels among them. The API Marketplace shows which.

How onboarding works
Eight steps, and your account manager runs them with you.

Confirm the plan
Tell us which tier you want. Standard is reached by a $3,000 single top-up or $4,500 cumulative spend; Advanced needs a one-time top-up of $5,000 or more. Note that we do not discount per-endpoint unit prices — the only discount is the top-up bonus.

Confirm the payment method
PayPal, Alipay, USDT or bank wire.

Confirm when you need the invoice
Tell us whether you need it before or after payment. We issue a US invoice.

Decide on a company email account
An account on your company domain has to be created by us manually — you cannot create one yourself. If you already have a personal account, we can move its remaining balance to the new company account.

Send your company details
Company name, company address, and the full name and email of your contact.

Payment setup
For PayPal, Alipay or USDT we open the top-up channel on your Add Credit page. For a bank wire, tell us and we will email the bank details separately.

Send the transfer receipt
Once you have paid, send the receipt. We issue the invoice in your company name, then apply the correct balance and bonus to your account.

Your 1-on-1 Discord group
We set up a private support group and match you with a rep who speaks your language. Add your TikHub account ID there. RPS increases and private deployment are handled in that group too.
All prices are in USD, and any change is announced in advance. For contracts, invoices or procurement paperwork, contact your TikHub account manager.
